1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CarzBazzar platform ("Website", "App", "Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, dealers, and others who access or use our services. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Our Services & Platform Role

CarzBazzar provides an online marketplace and physical inspection facilitation to connect individuals seeking to sell their used vehicles with our verified network of 500+ dealers. We act as an intermediary to streamline the pricing, inspection, bidding, and paperwork processes. While we guarantee payment upon successful transaction completion, we are not the ultimate end-buyer of the vehicle.

3. Vehicle Inspection & Valuation

Our free doorstep inspection is a mandatory step before any final offer is made. The initial online valuation provided is merely a data-driven estimate and is NOT a binding offer. The final offer will depend on:

  • The physical, mechanical, and electrical condition of the vehicle as assessed by our certified evaluator.
  • The verification of all original documents (RC, Insurance, PUC, Service Records).
  • The real-time bidding results from our dealer network.
CarzBazzar reserves the right to withdraw any offer if discrepancies are found between the online provided information and the physical condition of the car.

4. Seller Obligations & Documentation

As a seller, you warrant that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or possess the legal authority to sell it. You agree to provide:

  • Original Registration Certificate (RC) without any undisclosed hypothecation or active loan (unless our finance clearance service is opted for).
  • Valid government-issued identity and address proofs (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card).
  • Signed RTO transfer documents (Forms 29, 30, etc.) at the time of vehicle handover.
If a vehicle is found to be stolen, involved in criminal activities, or has tampered chassis/engine numbers, CarzBazzar will immediately cancel the transaction and may report the incident to law enforcement agencies.

5. Payments & RC Transfer

Payments: Once the final price is agreed upon and all physical documents are verified and handed over, CarzBazzar will initiate an instant bank transfer to the seller's account. Cash payments are strictly prohibited in compliance with income tax regulations.

RC Transfer: CarzBazzar facilitates the RC transfer to the final buyer/dealer. This process typically takes between 90 to 120 days depending on the respective RTO processing times. Until the RC is transferred, CarzBazzar assumes full legal responsibility for any traffic challans or accidents that occur after the date and time of the delivery receipt (Delivery Challan) signed during vehicle handover.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your free inspection appointment at any time without penalty. However, once a legal sale agreement is signed and the payment is transferred to your account, the transaction is considered final and cannot be reversed by the seller.

7. Limitation of Liability

CarzBazzar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability arising out of or in connection with any transaction shall be strictly limited to the agreed purchase price of the vehicle in question.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
