Our online car valuation tool provides an estimated price range based on the make, model, year, and variant of your vehicle, factoring in general market trends and historical data. This online estimate is NOT a final or binding offer to purchase your vehicle.

The final offer price will be generated only after a comprehensive physical inspection by our certified evaluators, which takes into account the actual mechanical condition, electrical condition, bodywork, interior wear and tear, accident history, service records, and the validation of all original documents (including the RC, Insurance, and PUC). CarzBazzar reserves the right to drastically lower the estimate or decline to purchase the vehicle altogether if discrepancies, illegal modifications, or severe defects are discovered during the physical inspection.

3. Used Car Condition & Warranties

For buyers purchasing vehicles from CarzBazzar or our dealer network: All used vehicles are sold on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis. While we conduct rigorous 150-point inspections, we do not provide absolute guarantees against future mechanical or electrical failures. Any post-purchase warranties, if applicable, are strictly bound by the specific terms and conditions of the warranty provider and are not universally implied.

While we guarantee instant payment upon successful verification and handover of the vehicle, bank processing times may occasionally cause slight delays out of our control. Furthermore, the Regional Transport Office (RTO) governs the actual transfer of the Registration Certificate (RC). CarzBazzar cannot be held legally or financially liable for delays in RC transfer resulting from RTO strikes, server downtimes, pending traffic challans previously unknown, or legal holds on the vehicle.
